Increasingly, we are in an age where call centres and automated services are replacing personal service. The frustration levels at the length of time people are left waiting on a telephone and may end up speaking to persons who have no personal knowledge of the case are high. At Pinders Solicitors we have a conveyancing department run by Mr Ian Robertson a Solicitor/Partner qualified over 23 years ago who works closely with his team of approximately 8 staff. Your case will be allocated to an experienced conveyancer where there will be nominated support staff who will have personal knowledge of your case. When you telephone you will get straight through to one of these persons or, your call will be returned promptly if they are not available.

Whilst we will give you a high level of personal and professional service we do use the latest technology which, as conveyancing moves down the electronic route, is essential. We as a firm intend to keep abreast of these developments and more communication and updates for those who prefer this method will be made available over the internet.
